If the reporting time was changed to 9, and everyone would leave their homes around 8+, wouldn't that be a new peak hour period? And won't there be the same amount of cars?
Does changing the cars into public transport really effective? People will not take the public transport as they have a car and it would affect the others timing instead. So, is it really effective?
Walao daniel dun be so bad. And so the workers in company C will go back around 9 or 10 at night? Wouldn't that be late and affect their after work plans?
-what is the root cause? -discussing with the government? if that happens and everyone would start work at 9, that means there just be a shift in the peak hours would not it?
